This is a great recipe. I did not make the icing, without it the cake is simple and not too sweet and still amazing. I made it with almond meal, because it was what I had, and it was great despite.

It turned out very well. Only thing was the icing being too runny, would be better with a little bit less of milk. But other than that it’s a great recipe!!!

This is the best olive oil cake I have ever made or tasted in my life, and I bake things twice a week! The glaze on the top is NOT optional, it makes the cake so much better! I also used fresh squeezed orange juice instead of from a bottle.

It was great; a little less salt and a little more sugar would make this perfect.
