I didn't have any sparkling water and used Smart Monk monkfruit extract instead of honey. Also added a touch of coconut flour to thicken it a touch. My husband and sons and I all loved these pancakes!

Pretty good. I added banana which added a bit more sweetness and may have changed the texture a bit but I like it!

almond meal is normally is grams but this is in ml so i had to do my own conversion which i think makes it didn't turn out great. its a thick consistency. i wish the receipe owner can provide a grams weigh for the almond meal. would like to try this receipe again
