- 8 almonds (blanched and peeled)
- 2 medium carrots (finely chopped)
- 6 cauliflower florets (grated)
- 8 french beans (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion (Medium, finely chopped)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour (Refined, Maida)
- 4 cups stock (Vegetable Soup)
- 2 Tbsp. white pepper (Powder)
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 cup milk

Directions
- Heat butter in a non stick pan. Add onion and sauté for 1 minute.Add carrots and mix well. Add cauliflower and mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Add beans and mix well and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add refined flour, mix well and add stock. Stir to mix and cook till it begins to thicken.Take pepper powder in a bowl. Add salt and little water and mix well.
- Add milk to the pan and mix well. Add pepper and salt water and mix well. Add cabbage, mix well and cook till the soup thickens.Sliver almonds. Transfer soup into a serving bowl, garnish with almond slivers and serve hot.
