- 2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar (divided)
- 20 almonds ({I used Emerald brand Cocoa Roast Almonds})
- 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate (melted {I use Baker's because it melts & coats well}*)
