These were great. Easy to make, and my mom and sister really enjoyed them as well. I did cook them longer than the instructions said which I felt necessary. I found them to better and fresher than the Nature Valley ones.

Edible, but no where close to the Nature Valley ones this was to be a gluten free substitute for.
