Made with chia seeds, orange zest and squeeze bottle lemon juice when I didn’t have the good stuff & it turned out to be delicious still

Delicious , i enjoyed the poppy seed texture. I modified the recipe using one cup of brown rice flour and almond flour. Results were still lovely!

These were super great! No complaints from my sisters either! I used extra lemon zest to make them extra lemony, just using 2 lemons instead of one. The next time I make these I will bake them a little longer at a lower temperature because my centers were a little underdone while my bottoms were burned and my tops were not browned. Overall delicious! I loved the almond flavor from the flower to enhance the poppy.
