- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. almond flour
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. whipping cream
- 2 pinches sea salt (or herbs of choice*)

Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together in small bowl. Stir until there are no lumps, then allow dough to rest a minute or two while you melt a tablespoon of butter in pan.
- Over medium-low heat, pour two small “pancake” size flat breads into pan. When the top starts to bubble and bottom is lightly browned, flip over.
- Place desired sandwich fillings on one flat bread, then place the second flatbread on top with the un-done side facing up. Flip again to finish cooking top flatbread.
