- grated cheese (dairy or plant-based)
- meats (such as turkey or ham)
- crepes
- lox
- capers
- green onion
- sprouts (or arugula)
- mushrooms (sautéed)
- spinach
- greens
- caramelized onion (or leeks)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (plant, I use fresh almond milk)
- 1/3 cup blanched almond flour (Bob's Red Mill, or almond or hazelnut meal)
- 1/3 cup farinha de mandioca (Bob's Red Mill, or try a GF AP blend)
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca flour (Bob's Red Mill, or try arrowroot flour)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (or fine sea)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (melted, plus a little more for cooking the crepes, or butter, coconut oil, or plant butter)
