Perfect to avoid GS cookies! I only used 1/2 cup chocolate chips instead of 1 full cup

Pretty good! Didn't expect it to be like a typical cookie because the type of ingredients being used. Doesn't give you that sugar high which is good because i didn't want to eat a lot of sweets anyway. The edges were crunchy which i liked. I left the cookie dough in a ball and slightly flattened them with my fingers. I think I'll flatten them a little bit more to make them crunchier. Making the ball size dough as instructed caused the cookies to expand to about 4-5in in diameter so luckily I only put 8 cookies to a sheet. Will bake these again!
