- 1/3 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (; melted, 56 g)
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup Swerve
- 1/2 tsp. stevia extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup water

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 or 9 inch cake pan and set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together almond meal, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs with whisk or electric mixer. Add water and mix well. Add butter and mix again. Add vanilla and sweetener and mix again.
