This is a chocolate cake. I even underbaked it by 6 minutes. Still hits the spot, just not a crispy topped fudge brownie.

These brownies are delicious! I’ve made them potentially 10 different occasions, and they’re worth it every time! I most recently doubled the recipe and baked it in a 9 x 13 pan. Same amount of work, double the tastiness

These turned out perfect. Definitely wait until they cool completely, because they fall apart very easily when still warm. I added mint flavored chips, just because I had them.

I am a novice baker, but this recipe looks good. Can someone please tell me what, if anything, I need to do differently to the recipe if I want to use a 9x13 inch baking pan? I like my brownies thick, chewy, and moist. Do I need to double the recipe? Thanks so much.

Excellent! Very easy to make and it tastes wonderful! I used erithritol for a sugar-free result. Amazing brownie!

I do give 5 stars plus this is the best grain free brownie I ever had I think they are better then regular brownies! I have made them before and did 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla and half of tablespoon of mint chocolate extract they came out just as good!!!

Amazing and delicious!!! Love the simple ingredients. Taste more like a chocolate cake like brownie.

Love these! Light and so tasty. Used coconut sugar instead of honey and added chopped pecans.

Moist and delicious. Definitely has a hint of coconut if you use oil instead of butter Easy to make and hit the spot with far less guilt!! Yumm-ly!

I substituted the honey for pure maple syrup and went ahead added an 1/8 cup more almond flour since I'm high altitude here in CO. They turned out great, super tasty and we will make these again.

Used Monk fruit and banana instead of the honey. Will definitely make these again! Delicious.

Win win. This is an easy and really delish alternative to traditional brownies! At 25 minutes it’s definitely light cake like. may try baking less time next time to see what it turns out like. So good! used only about 1/4 the honey and butter (prefer the salty over the sweet) and I love it. Definite must try. Will keep in rotation.
11/2019 update:
So in short these are not dense and they are not chewy. They can’t be with the ingredient list. They are definitely cake like. I’d recommend baking less than 25 minutes. I baked it for about 17-18 minutes. If you like light cake like brownies you will enjoy. Depending on your tolerance for sugar (mine is low), I found 3 tbsp of honey perfect. In short, not chewy, not dense, but light and cake like.

Made this with coconut oil and 2/3 Swerve sweetener, the rest sugar. Nice chocolatey brownie flavor and texture when warm!

Yum!
I used regular white sugar in these and added cacao nibs. They are fantastic. Not too sweet and very cake like.

Delicious, love the healthier ingredients and hint of coconut taste as I used melted coconut oil instead of butter. My new favourite. Sprinkled some high quality chocolate chips after baking, popped back in the oven a few minutes to melt then spread and cooled. Will keep a batch of these in the freezer for company and a satisfying healthy chocolate fix!!
