These are good! But I also added about 1/4 c of almond milk and 1 mashed banana , 1/4 teas baking soda , and pinch of salt. And blueberries!

So these pancakes are decent not the best I've tried they were pretty dry so I added a 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon baking soda and about a 1/4 cup coconut milk and made them better . definitely cook them on a low temperature
