- 1 Tbsp. flax meal
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup almond butter (any nut or seed butter may be substituted.)
- 1/4 cup honey (use 2 scoops stevia or 1/4 cup xylitol for a low carb option)
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt (I recommend Real Salt)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (heaping!)
- 1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips (mix ins –, like these Homemade Chocolate Chips, raisins, unsweetened dried cranberries, etc. Avoid raisins for a low carb option.)
