These are delicious but dangerous! I don’t think I can make them as pre/post workout snacks because I just eat them all within 2 days! If you have good willpower these would be great to have on hand.

I'm obsessed with these. I've been making them regularly for 2 years now. I tried it once with mini chocolate chips, but honestly, the raisins or dried cranberries are better with this combo. Great treat to keep me from eating unhealthy things in the afternoon.

Great pre/post-workout snack. Slightly too sweet for me, but I think any less brown rice syrup and they wouldn't stick together well.

I use mini chocolate chips instead and they are like healthy rice Krispy treats! Eat these before workouts not to heavy and give a little energy boost

Ok where do I start !! These are amazing I froze the batch to last longer, so tasty and great to have on hand when want a sweet treat, 👌🏼
