- 12 manila clams
- 2 onions (medium)
- 2 calabrian pepper
- 4 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 4 oz. ham (diced)
- 2 chorizo sausage (links, sliced)
- 1 tsp. piripiri (aka: African Bird's Eye Chili)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- salt (To taste)
- pepper (To taste, ground)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions
- Put the clams in a bowl covered with water and salt for a few hours
- Peel and julienne the onions, peel and thinly slice garlic, thin sliced peppers
- Heat oil and sauté the onions, garlic and peppers
