- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter (make your own or other nut butter, 125 g/ 4.4 oz)
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (75 g/ 2.6 oz)
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts (35 g/ 1.2 oz or other seeds like sesame, pumpkin or more sunflower)
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon (or 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder or 1-2 tsp vanilla powder)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chia seeds (whole or ground, 64 g/ 2.3 oz)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (60 ml/ 2 fl oz)
- 1/4 cup water (60 ml/ 2 fl oz)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup erythritol
- 30 drops liquid stevia
- coconut milk (such as Aroy-D or heavy whipping cream, I thin it down with some water, using ¼ cup each cream and water)
- almond milk
- full-fat plain yogurt
- frozen berries (or fresh)
