- 2 Tbsp. vanilla (high quality)
- 16 oz. applesauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 2/3 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (I use ⅓ and find them sweet enough)
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds (finely)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 15 oz. fresh blueberries (I'm sure frozen would work just as well)
