- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce (or tamari, use gluten-free if needed)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha (more or less to taste)
- 1 tsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger (each, and garlic powder, could substitute 1 teaspoon each freshly minced)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch (may substitute arrowroot powder)
