Turned out good. The mixture was great but I added crushed red pepper to make it a bit more spicy. I let it simmer in the skillet more so the salsa could get less liquid, more thick. Will make again, very easy to make and good taste.

Great. Second time around. I make tacos with it and make a slew of salsas to go on it. Always a fave

Turned out well. i cooked it a bit too long so the veggies were a bit soft but overall really good

The ingredients were easy to mix up and the prep time was nothing at all. Had it taco style and it was great!

I added more spices just for my own preference, but overall a very simple and delicious food to make

I loved it but just made it a bit more spicy in using 4 cloves garlic, sweet spicy chili sauce and fresh coriander.
the other time I added 1 table spoon of brown sugar and pineapple chunks.
