- 1/4 cup ghee (or butter)
- 1/4 cup sweetener (choice, honey, maple syrup*)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg (large pasture raised)
- 1/4 cup milk (choice, I used coconut)
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh if in season or frozen)
