- 2 breakfast sausages (cooked, sliced as thick as pound coins)
- 4 slices prosciutto ham (torn into rags/shreds)
- 2 chestnut mushrooms (or button, thinly sliced)
- 6 cherry tomatoes (whole)
- 1 mozzarella (small ball of, well drained)
- 5 eggs (quail's, as liked, must be at room temperature)
