- 1 orange bell pepper (or red, seeded and chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups kidney beans (or cooked red)
- 1 1/2 cups black beans (cooked)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (low-sodium, or tamari)
- 30 oz. tomatoes (diced no salt added)
- 6 oz. tomato paste (no salt added)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. cooking wine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup water
