I was so excited to try this recipe, however I found that it needs some definite tweaking. I followed it exactly as written and ended up with my perfectly good alfredo sauce separating after adding it to the mushroom mixture (and yes, I did add it gradually.) I had to end up making more of the alfredo sauce to add to my lasagna. Next time, I will not add it to the mushroom mixture. Also, salt needs to be added. Despite the fact that I used a flavorful rotisserie chicken and even added Italian seasoning to the meat, the finished product was pretty bland. Perhaps using salted butter for the alfredo would work better?? 😬

I cooked the Alfredo chicken lasagna last night and it was amazing! I added spinach and mixed the ricotta and chicken together. Delicious and almost gone the next day!!
