- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish (add one additional teaspoon or use spicy horseradish for more kick)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 clove garlic (pressed or finely minced)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (substitute paprika if desired)
- 1 tsp. spicy mustard (optional - I did not use mustard)
