I added more cumin and forgot the Chile powder but it turned out great.

Solid easy recipe. Great sauce. Marinate over night though. Also 10 hrs in crock-pot slow cook left it a tad over done. I’d stop at 8 hrs and let it sit (but not too long). Didn’t use pineapples (over- sweet meat is not my thing). Orange juice portion was just right for a just a bit of sweetness.

Absolutely amazing!
I skipped the corn tortillas, however and just had mine on rice.
Delicious.
