- super firm tofu (or high protein tofu, extra firm will do if it’s all you can find)
- lemon juice
- salt
- ground black pepper
- vegetable oil
- 8 oz. super firm tofu (or high protein tofu. Cut into 1/2-inch or 3/4-inch cubes. If you can't use this, extra firm will do. Squeeze out all the water you can from the tofu in that case)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- salt (to taste)
- 8 oz. super firm tofu (or high protein tofu, cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. paprika (or cayenne, which will add more heat than paprika)
- 1/4 tsp. ginger powder (or 1 tsp grated fresh ginger)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (or 1 tsp grated garlic)
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- salt (to taste)
