- black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 eggs (whisked)
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- olive oil spray

Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
- Slice a pork tenderloin into 4 sections.
- Place a pork cutlet in between two pieces of plastic wrap and use a mallet to pound out the meat until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
