I used russets instead (because it is what I had on hand.) I was fast and flavorful.

It took 20 minutes instead of 10-12 in my air fryer, but it was delightfully tasty. Due to a low spice tolerance, I left out the black pepper. This is now one of my favorite go to recipes for my household for its tastiness as well as ease of preparation/cooking.
