Followed directions exactly and turned out pretty good. Have to eat them straight out the fryer. Not great once they cool

A last minute decision to add some potato wedges to our game day dinner made me scramble for a recipe with the ingredients I had in the cupboard and this was definitely a touchdown it will be my go to recipe for potato wedges from now on
