I really enjoyed how the chops turned out, subtle taste of the spices, wished I had used a thicker cut. What surprised me was my son ate three of the six I cooked, so will definitely be making these again! Easy and convenient for weekday meal

It was Yummly. Wife liked it more than I. As always, don’t let the chops get to dry. Take them out at 145 and tent with foil for 5-7 minutes. My family won’t eat anything pink so had to let them go a few to many minutes.

It was really juicy and I liked the seasoning. I also thought it was really easy and quick to make.
