Unfortunately, I was not too impressed by this dish. Using a ninja air fryer, I felt like it dried the fish out a little too much. I had to break out the tartar sauce. I just didn’t find that yummy factor.

Now this recipe, I will admit I was nervous, is AMAZING. I usually am not a huge siracha lover. I try to avoid it most of the time. I really enjoy the flavor of the fish. Even with minimal marinating time. I added a little bit of fresh cracked pepper on top and it gave it some really great texture along with the added spice.
