It turned out deliciously awesome! I used Old Bay and Garlic Powder on my Cornish Hen

It turned out perfect!!! No leftovers to have for the next day! Lol I used Montreal seasoning, Himalayan pink salt, parsley and paprika as the rub and put olive oil on the bird before adding the seasoning. I think next time I’ll cook it for an additional five minutes to get extra crispy skin.
