- 2 lb. chicken wings (organic, cut + seasoned overnight/refrigerated, See Notes!)
- 2 large eggs (lightly beaten, For Egg Wash)
- 2 cups all purpose flour (organic, I use Bob's Red Mills)
- 2 cups bbq sauce (Store-bought or Homemade, See Notes!)
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups sweet potatoes (mashed, See Notes!)
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (+ 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, I use Califia Farms)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 4 cups gluten-free rolled oats (I use Bob's Red Mills; See Notes!)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
