made this for my husband and he was super happy with how juicy and tender the chicken ended up. will make again. maybe mix up the spices a little

Easy and delicious!! I thought it needed more breadcrumbs but definitely didn’t. Made some mashed potatoes, sweet corn and gravy to go with it.
