These turned out amazing! I did not have Italian bread crumbs on hand so I crushed up French’s Crunchy Red Pepper Toppers and used 6 tablespoons of that to 2 tablespoons Panko and Parmesan cheese. It took 3 batches in the air fryer to cook everything I had and I did have to make extra breading and more olive oil. I’d suggest preparing what it calls for and adding more if needed. My nuggets did turn kinda dark, but tasted amazing and was not burnt. Will 100% make again.
