I paired this with some Spanish Rice and refried beans and homemade gluten free tortillas, and it was great 😃... I'm not a fan of cooked bell peppers, but the flavor and crispness (from the air frying) made these really yummy.... my one issue with this recipe is that the teaspoon and Tablespoon measurements were both typed with a lower case "t", so it made reading the measurements of the seasoning difficult... for that reason I'd give this 4.5 stars, but they don't have that option, so 5stars for the overall ease of making something very tasty
