Turned out ok, but needs improvement. I think I didn’t allow riced cauliflower to drain/dry sufficiently after preparing so that they could mix/assemble better, not so wet. Taste/texture was good, but I’ll add some salt and additional herbs, spices to enhance to our tastes next time. Thanks for Recipe.
