Description
With only a little oil, and in a fraction of the time of oven roasting, these Brussels sprouts cook perfectly in the air fryer — tender in the center with crispy leaves. For the best browning, be sure to wait to drizzle the sweet and tangy sauce over the veggies until after they’re cooked. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Ashley Strickland Freeman.

Directions
- Set the basket in place in an air fryer. Close the lid and program the air fryer to 375°F for 12 minutes. Preheat according to instructions for your air fryer. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Trim any tough ends from Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise. Add Brussels sprouts to olive oil mixture and stir to coat.
- Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook vegetables, stirring halfway through, until they’re browned and tender when pierced with a knife tip, 10-12 minutes.
- In a small bowl, stir together vinegar, honey, and mustard. Transfer Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl and drizzle with vinegar sauce. Season with a little more salt and pepper if you like.
