- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 tsp. fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 lb. raw shrimp (cleaned)
- 1/4 cup green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups cabbage (thinly sliced, or pre-packaged slaw mixture)
- olive oil (or canola oil, as needed)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (for dipping sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. chili paste
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- sesame seeds (for dipping sauce)
- green onions (thinly sliced, for dipping sauce)

Directions
- Special Equipment: KitchenAid® Dual Convection Oven with Air Fry Basket OR Induction Range with Air Fry
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet on medium high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add minced garlic to the pan and saute for about a minute, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Add pork and ginger and cook, stirring constantly, until just a bit of pink remains. Then, add in the chopped shrimp, chopped green onions, soy sauce mixture, black pepper, and cabbage. Reduce heat to medium, cover the skillet and allow to cook undisturbed for 1 minute, then uncover and stir to fully incorporate all ingredients. Remove from heat, cover, and allow to cool.
