This was very good! I added smoked paprika, a tiny bit of Himalayan Salt and ground cloves. I also let it marinate overnight. Instead of boiling I baked it first and then fried it.
I am a chef so it wouldn’t have been right if I didn’t put my little spin on it.
Turned out amazing!
