- 9 lb. pork back ribs
- 1 1/2 cups marinade (adobo)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. marjoram (dried)
- 3 Tbsp. dried thyme

Directions
- Mix the adobo marinade, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, sugar, thyme and marjoram in a bowl. Reserve half the sauce, and marinate the ribs in the remaining sauce for over two hours, turning frequently.
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees F and place the ribs in an oven tray and pour some of the sauce on them. Bake for 1 1/2 hours while basting the ribs with the reserved sauce.
