- 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla (Good quality)
- 2 cups ackee (Parboiled)
- 1 cup soymilk (or Almond Milk)
- 2 cups granulated white sugar
- 3 cups cake flour (****)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt (I’ve been using kosher if you use sea salt measure it scantly)
- 180 grams egg whites (about 5)
- 320 grams granulated sugar (white)
- 454 grams butter (unsalted, softened)
- 1 pinch salt
- 180 grams chunky peanut butter (or Smooth)
- 30 grams Rice Krispies (about a cup)
- 30 grams peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, whichever you prefer)
- 30 grams milk chocolate (I used a quarter of a Lindt chocolate bar)
