- 2 Tbsp. chia seed (ground)
- 1/2 Tbsp. egg replacer (Homemade, or Ener-G egg replacer)
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 15 oz. creamed corn (canned)
- 1/3 cup blueberry yogurt (I used So Delicious Coconut Blueberry "Yogurt" Alternative)
- 2 Tbsp. pepper jelly (Sweet Heat, melted, you can use another hot pepper jelly)
