- 1/2 lemon (kg ayam utuh dipotong 15 bagian atau boleh lebih kecil, kali ini saya gunakan sayap dan paha ayam saja. ½ bagian jeruk limau/, ambil airnya 1 sdt garam 1 sdt merica bubuk, saya gunakan merica bubuk hitam secukupnya minyak goreng untuk menggoreng ayam)
- 4 kecap manis (optional)
- 1 kecap asin (optional)
- 1.5 kilograms lemon
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 5 Tbsp. kecap manis (optional)
- 1 tsp. soy sauce (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 tsp. black pepper (optional)
- spices (to blended:, use pestle and mortar or hand blender)
- 5 red chili pepper (seeded, ± 150 gr)
- 5 shallots
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 candlenuts
- 4 Tbsp. oil (for sauteing)
