- 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted almonds
- 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup mandarin oranges
- 2 strips chicken (Tyson Crispy)
- 2 Tbsp. spelt (or oat bran sesame sticks)
- 2 radishes (sliced, this is not in the original restaurant salad but gives crunch)
