- 3,000 grams baby potatoes
- methi (• Fresh, fenugreek – 500 gms)
- 3 Tbsp. mustard oil
- 1 finely chopped onions
- 1 finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chopped ginger
- 1 tsp. green chillies
- 1 tsp. cumin (•Whole, /Jeera – 1 tsp)
- 2 tsp. salt
- haldi (/Turmeric powder –)
- 2 tsp. red chilly powder
- 2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp, optional)
- 1 methi leaves (FIrstly separate, from the stem)
- 4 baby potatoes (Wash the, nicely to get rid of the mud and dry them with a kitchen towel)
- 5 mustard oil (Keep a kadahi in the flame with, . Allow heating the oil at a high flame)
- 6 baby potatoes (and fry them at high flame by turning at intervals)
- 7 potatoes

- 8 salt (Now add, and all the powdered spices written under the AROMATICS AND SPICES REQUIRED)
- 9 chopped tomatoes (Next, add, and cook them for a minutes)
- 10 methi leaves (Next, add washed and chopped, and combine with potatoes. Roast, bhunow the sabzi for 2 minutes and cover the kadahi with the lid)
