- 1 1/2 whole oranges (juicy, and sweet, I used Navel or 1 large very well washed and dry.)
- 5 medium eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. avocado oil (coconut, or ghee melted)
- 1/4 cup yogurt (coconut, almond, cashew, or another one)
- 1 cup sweetener (monk fruit, swerve, or any kind of sugar you want to, maple, date)
- 2 cups fine almond flour
- 7 Tbsp. coconut flour (don't pack them)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cans coconut cream (or full-fat coconut milk frozen)
- 1/3 cup honey (maple, coconut syrup, monk or stevia syrup, or another syrup you like, adjust to your liking)
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa powder (adjust to your liking)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom (optional)
- 1 can coconut cream (full-fat)
- 3/4 cup chocolate bar (good quality sugar-free dark, chopped, depends on how much chocolate you want to)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
