- 1 cup shredded carrots (about 2 carrots)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (or pecans, chopped, plus more for garnish)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature, can use dairy free)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. canela
- 3 Tbsp. milk (can use dairy free)
