- 1/4 cup coconut oil (ghee or lard,, melted and cooled slightly, Ghee is not allowed on the initial stages of AIP; it is a reintroduction food.)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. maple sugar (or coconut sugar)
