Ingredients

- 30 grams coconut flour (1/4 cup plus 2 TB sifted)
- 245 grams farinha de mandioca (1 and 1/2 cups plus 3 TB sifted)
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder (make this yourself with 2 parts cream of tartar to 1 part baking soda)
- 1/4 tsp. finely-ground salt (unrefined)
- 6 Tbsp. canned pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup water (filtered, you may need an extra 1-2 TB to achieve desired dough consistency)
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin (Vital Proteins beef)
- 2 tsp. onion flakes (dried)
- 2 tsp. dried garlic flakes
- 1 tsp. coarse salt
- 2 tsp. poppy seeds (not for strict AIP, optional)
- 2 tsp. white sesame seeds (not for strict AIP, optional)
- 3 slices deli meat (your favorite, and some leafy salad greens or microgreens)
- 3 pieces smoked salmon (or lox)
- cream cheese (your favorite dairy-free spread, such as my savory, note this is not AIP)
